Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and visionary Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, embraces fresh ideas, and excels in time management. As a key member of the team, you will have the autonomy to conceptualise and deliver innovative projects that captivate audiences and drive meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Deliver with Vision: Drive the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring every project is innovative, impactful, and delivered on time. Skillfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Engage and Inspire: Actively participate in designing, producing, and delivering high-quality multimedia content that showcases creativity, innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Champion Creativity: Take ownership of creative projects, confidently navigating challenges and transforming ideas into compelling results.
• Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to gain a deep understanding of their goals and translate them into bold, effective creative strategies.
• Elevate Execution: Balance leadership with hands-on involvement, ensuring every detail aligns with the vision and exceeds expectations.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Integrate emerging industry trends and techniques into your work.

Requirements

• Relevant Experience: Proven graphic design experience, preferably in similar industries.
• Technical Experience: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Microsoft Office and other video/animation tools. Experienced in website design and maintenance. Manage and maintain visual libraries. Possess photography and videography skills, including capturing and editing content for internal events and projects.
• Education: Diploma or higher in Design, Communications, UX/UI, or related fields preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written Simplified Chinese and English.
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate ideas across teams.
• Portfolio: 3+ years of experience with a portfolio showcasing creative expertise.
• Mindset: Strong grasp of design principles, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
• Preferably a Hong Kong permanent resident.
