We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager/Project Coordinator based in Hong Kong, with a primary focus on retail projects in Greater China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and South Asia.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including drawing production, material selection, and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of project management experience in the interior/ architecture field is required. Candidates with on-site experience will be given preference.
- Design Background: A background in design is essential for this role. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp is required.
- Communication Skills: Great communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must) is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Travel: The position may require occasional travel, and candidates must be willing to undertake such travel as needed.
Additionally, we are open to considering candidates with more experience for the position of Project Manager.
