About the Programme
The programme provides an excellent nurturing experience for architectural graduates. The focus of the programme is on personal development and on providing support for self-motivated studies, research and development, It is expected that graduates of the AGTP will become key leaders within the Oval Partnership's global practice and beyond in their early careers.
Who Should Apply:
- Holders of an excellent architecture degree from an internationally recognised university
- With less than 3 years of post-graduation experience
- Is passionate about creating better places and making a positive impact on the community.
- Is culturally sensitive and intellectually curious.
- Has an affinity for technological and digital innovation
- Has evidence of excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Has evidence of personal commitment to environmental and social sustainability.
