Victoria Point

The Victoria Point project aims to provide public access to Hong Kong Harbour from Causeway Bay. It connects Victoria Park with the Causeway Bay typhoon shelter, and because the building cantilevers from its narrow base by the waters' edge, there is no need for reclamation.. The project comprises facilities for artists and performance, a youth hostel, cafes, shops, restaurants, and a hotel. This vibrant mixture is intended to reactivate the waterfront as a valuable asset for leisure and cultural life in Hong Kong. The building itself showcases the latest technologies for green building and has become an icon for Hong Kong Harbour.
