The Towngas Avenue Concept combines a café, a cookshop, a bookshop, a cooking school and a bath specialty shop, into a new lifestyle retail offer, aiming to promote the use of gas for cooking amongst the younger consumers in Hong Kong. The new offer is probably the first in the world and was an instant success. The Towngas Avenue Concept helped its owner Towngas to build closer relationships with its customer base.
